1. Who We Are
LOADLANE is a container freight reverse-auction marketplace that connects shippers with verified truck drivers in Thailand. When we say “LOADLANE”, “we”, or “us” in this policy, we mean the operators of this platform at myloadlane.com.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to operate the marketplace.
From shippers (people posting freight jobs):
- Name, email address, company name
- Job details: pickup location, destination, container type, load date
- Booking confirmation documents (uploaded for AI parsing — see Section 5)
- Communication messages within the platform
From drivers (people bidding on jobs):
- Full name, phone number, LINE ID
- Truck details: license plate, brand, type
- Trailer details (if applicable)
- Base province and service area
- Bid amounts and job history
From all users:
- IP address and basic browser/device information
- Pages visited and actions taken on the platform
- Language preference
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the marketplace: Match shippers with drivers, process bids, manage job status
- To communicate: Send booking confirmations, bid notifications, and job updates via email
- To verify drivers: Cross-reference truck registrations and confirm coverage areas
- To improve the platform: Understand which features are used, fix bugs, improve load times
- To prevent fraud: Detect suspicious bidding patterns or fake registrations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in the following systems:
- Browser localStorage: Session data, job history, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly take an action (e.g., submitting a form).
- Firebase Realtime Database (Google): Live job data, bid records, and driver status. Hosted in Google Cloud. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
- Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel logs IP addresses and request metadata. Vercel’s privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
5. AI Processing of Booking Documents
When you upload a booking confirmation document, LOADLANE uses an AI service (Claude by Anthropic) to automatically extract key information: pickup location, load date, drop point, and VC cutoff. This saves you from retyping the data.
Important:
- Your document is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. Anthropic’s privacy policy applies to this transmission: anthropic.com/privacy
- Documents are processed in real-time and not stored permanently by Anthropic under their API terms
- Remove or redact any sensitive financial or personal information not needed for freight routing before uploading
6. Email Notifications
We send transactional emails via EmailJS. When you submit a form, your submission data is transmitted to EmailJS for delivery. EmailJS’s privacy policy: emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
7. Your Rights (PDPA — Thai Residents)
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@myloadlane.com with “PDPA Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).
Browser localStorage data is stored on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
9. Cookies and Tracking
LOADLANE uses a minimal cookie to remember your language preference and session state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
LOADLANE is a business-to-business platform for freight operators. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of LOADLANE after changes means you accept the updated policy.
